ABOUT US

Shambala: “a place of peace”, “a place of stillness”.

Shambala is a non-profit community space; a sanctuary for the soul, alive with creativity, connection, and gentle energy – where community, nature, and inspiration meet.

Shambala currently offers so many ways to nourish yourself:
Mindfulness and meditation sessions
Creative workshops and arts-based activities
Healing therapies and energy work
Community gatherings and events that uplift and inspire

There’s something so grounding about being in a place where people come together with intention and heart.

Whether it’s the plants, the art, or the quiet corners made for reflection, Shambala is a place that offers connection, presence, and pause: treasures we must create in our lives.

If you’re looking for a moment to breathe, to connect, or just to soak in gentle, nurturing energy, this space is a gift.

Similarly, if you wish to support us by donation, we are grateful for any amount received. Please contact us for more information or make donation via https://shambala.org.uk/donate/

Shambala is a co-creation, who’s founders: Karen McCabe, Jazzalina Garcia and Veerji Hasyananda aim to bring their differing and combined experiences and expertise to help make the space a unique place in Leek and surrounding areas.

Please feel free to browse our What’s On page for times of events and to book your place.

Unfortunately we are a non-wheelchair accessible space as there is a flight of stairs into our main space. Please feel free to contact us for further information.
